Interconnectedness & Compassion: Why I'm not a Buddhist but like some of the Buddhist Philosophy

I'm not a Buddhist. First, because I reject the supernatural aspects of the religion such as reincarnation, etc. Second, Buddhism in its various extreme forms is not for me, see Buddhist Retreat: Why I gave up on finding my religion by John Horgan.
